AS PIPER·BUCK IS A SMALL-BATCH, HANDMADE PRODUCT, PLEASE ALLOW BETWEEN ONE AND THREE BUSINESS DAYS (USUALLY ONE) FOR PROCESSING. ALL ORDERS ARE THEN SHIPPED THROUGH USPS OR UPS. TRANSIT TIMES ARE PROVIDED BY THE CARRIER AND VARY BY PACKAGE DESTINATION. 

PIPER·BUCK SHIPS TO ALL FIFTY STATES AND US TERRITORIES.  WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME.  SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND THE WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE. ALL SHIPPING IS INSURED AND WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. 

PIPER·BUCK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT SHIPPING CARRIER WITH ANY CONCERNS. ONCE A PACKAGE IS RELEASED TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, MANY FACTORS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WE ARE CERTAIN YOU WILL LOVE YOUR PIPER·BUCK PURCHASE. HOWEVER, PIPER·BUCK GLADLY ACCEPTS RETURNS FOR CREDIT ONLY. ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF OUR RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.  ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS JUST SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFO@PIPERBUCK.COM AND LET US KNOW WHICH ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION TO  INCLUDE IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.  SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.  

IF YOU EXPERIENCE A DEFECT IN YOUR PRODUCT, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT A RETURN OF YOUR PRODUCT FOR INSPECTION.  IF A DEFECT IS FOUND, PIPER·BUCK WILL REPAIR, REPLACE OR GIVE FULL CREDIT TOWARD THE SELECTION OF ANOTHER BAG.
